Delivery Timescales
Stock Items - Dispatched within 1 working day from order placing.
Prescription Made Items - Dispatched usually within 4 - 5 working days from order placing. Specialist Mirror coating can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. If you need something by a particular date please contact us for a realistic timescale quote.
Swimming goggles - We generally delivery swimming goggles in jiffy bags so that they will go through most letter boxes. When sent internationally they are sent using Royal mail Air mail.
Ski goggles/ Prescription Sports eyewear - In the UK they are send by Royal Mail Special delivery - this requires a signature on delivery. International Shipping Information
All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are sent via UPS International, small items are shipped via Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. In both cases a signature is required on delivery.
